About Sarah

As a third-generation real estate professional, Sarah Hudgins was born to sell real estate. Working for her Family's real estate brokerage and answering phones in elementary school was where her love of the industry began and eventually sparked a passion for her profession at an early age.

 

As a full-time Realtor®️ in Naples, Florida since 2009, Sarah joined the prestigious William Raveis Real Estate brokerage in 2017 and her career has continued to skyrocket since then. Sarah is grateful to live, work, and raise her family in Naples, Florida; a place she considers one of the most exceptional places in the world. Her passion for working with people and the job she loves to shine through with every transaction.

Sarah graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan in 2005 and moved to Naples, Florida seeking sunshine, beaches, and the Southwest Florida lifestyle. Hudgins attained her Florida Real Estate license shortly after migrating South and seeing the opportunity and excitement the real estate industry in Naples promised.

 

Today, as a seasoned professional with 15 years of real estate experience, Sarah is a Designated Luxury Property Specialist with William Raveis specializing in the Olde Naple marketplace. Sarah’s consistent grasp of market trends and the backing of world class exposure and marketing powered by Naples’ top luxury broker provide consistent results to her valued clients. Sarah's most recent record-selling achievement includes listing and selling eighty percent of the new Stella Naples development pre-construction as exclusive agent. As a part of the development team, Sarah introduced the lead designer and marketing team to the Developer and pre-sold twenty-four million dollars of inventory ahead of ground breaking. Her Stella Naples successes have led her to a key role of developing, listing, marketing and selling Olde Naples newest exclusive boutique development, The Huxley Naples.
